明明很累了卻還是睡不著 怎麼辦?

這個現象是經常會有的,特別是長期一段時間工作忙碌,壓力大以後,很容易出現這種狀況。是由於神經長期緊張的緣故,人身體雖然感覺很累,但就是睡不著,交感神經還是過於興奮,所以可以用一些助眠精油,幫助舒緩神經,慢慢調整就能恢復了!

沒有什麼辦法呀,真就是瞪著眼睛看天花板,關了燈看,然後你會發現,哇奧,好像天花板會動,黑麻麻的一團好像會動。使勁地看,看到眼睛累了,再閉眼。

Exercise. You had better run every day. To tell truth, I benefit a lot from doing exercise, especially running.

I run almost every day.

Meditate. I started to meditate a few years ago, which I learned mainly from Kelly Mcgonigal, whose book,The Willpower Instinct, is very popular. If you don't know how to meditate, just pay your attention to your breath when breathing.

Of course, you can meditate in many ways, like walking meditation and so on.

Don't worry about sleep. As is known to all, sleep is of great importance. No one can live well without sleeping well.

But overthinking about it prevents you falling asleep, which, in my opinion, many people do. Many people don't sleep well,including me and some of your classmates. I did not sleep well last night, for I had to take care of a loved one.
