汽車主機廠的成功一方面面靠的是技術，另乙個更重要的是體系。專案管理工作也是其中重要的一環，這個位置對個人的能力要求較高，除了有一方面的專業知識，另一方面還有一定的管理知識，好的專案經理會走的很快，迅速被高層所重視，如果個人自身能力有差一點，在工作方面不夠努力的話建議不要選這條路。如果想挑戰一下，自己鍛鍊自己的個人能力，我認為是乙個非常好的選擇他的前景也非常廣闊。

汽車專案管理可謂複雜而專業，如針對不同的專案該如何分類、每個專案該如何管理、具體走哪些里程碑、每個里程碑如何完成任務、如何關閉每個里程碑？每天的會、週會、月會如何開？採用什麼工具匯報問題？
發現問題用什麼工具去解決？對於通用、福特、戴姆勒、大眾、本田、豐田、吉利、奇瑞等等客戶如何溝通配合？
如上種種問題，都需要有實操經驗才能運籌帷幄，在保證專案QCD達標的同時又能為公司獲得新的業務。
本人現在正在為公司中國區的職員做標準化的課件，附帶實操經驗和例項操練，講解每個細節和工具，打算在知乎慢慢分享，各位有興趣可關注。
可以說，如果按照這套方法進行汽車的專案管理，幾乎就沒有不成功的專案管理。

我在外企做了幾年的PM，感覺確實就是個打雜的。因為新專案階段，各種活動都無法適應現有的流程，不然也就不叫新專案了。那麼，相關的團隊成員肯定會來推，特別是現在我了解的各top tier 1 supplier,，都在進行砍成本的活動，那麼分解到各個部門，大家都有壓力，所以團隊成員肯定會不去配合，因為這樣會消耗他們部門的資源和經費，所以PM就是到處去求爺爺告奶奶。

匿。我的同事是整車聲學的專案管理，屬於整車專案管理的細分了。
這個層次上，需要有一定程度的專業知識，專案進度資訊獲取和反饋的能力和高效，能夠應對各小組、各部門、各公司的突發狀態和協調能力。還有重要的一點，語言能力，包括多語言和表述完整清晰。
當然，長的好看那就更好了！

這個topic太大了，不是幾千字幾萬字能說清楚的。
不同公司有不同的管理流程，尤其是大公司，玩的就是流程。流程這東西沒法細說。
但是據我觀察，乙個優秀的Project Leader的人格和性格有很多相同點：
1. 口才很好。
2. 臨場應變能力強。
3. 會整合並高效利用身邊的一切資源。
至於拍馬屁和政治覺悟這些玩意兒那是國內企業的尿性。
