我說實在點的,國內東農出來那幫教授都快把能水的轉殖水的差不多了吧

所以到底有啥值得興奮的?

生物學之所以一直被人詬病,

很大程度上是因為發展到現在還沒有拿得出手的產品,不能工業化市場化,別的不說,從實驗室到市場還有很長的路要走,但仍希望這次能真正推動整個生物界的發展。

First : what is molecular cloning .

Molecular cloningis a set of experimental methods in molecular biology that are used to assemble recombinant DNA molecules and to direct their replication within host organisms.[1] The use of the word cloning

refers to the fact that the method involves the replication of one molecule to produce a population of cells(複製乙個分子,就可以產生大量細胞) with identical DNA molecules. Molecular cloning generally uses DNA sequences from two different organisms(來自2個不同有機體的核酸分子的鹼基對兒序列): the species that is the source of the DNA to be cloned, and the species that will serve as the living host for replication of the recombinant DNA.

Second : theory of the flow of genetic information

Genetic code:Genes generally express their functional effect through the production of proteins, which are complex molecules responsible for most functions in the cell. Proteins are made up of one or more polypeptide chains, each of which is composed of a sequence of amino acids, and the DNA sequence of a gene (through an RNA intermediate) is used to produce a specific amino acid sequence.

This process begins with the production of an RNA molecule with a sequence matching the gene's DNA sequence, a process called transcription.

This messenger RNA molecule is then used to produce a corresponding amino acid sequence through a process called translation. Each group of three nucleotides in the sequence, called a codon, corresponds either to one of the twenty possible amino acids in a protein or an instruction to end the amino acid sequence; this correspondence is called the genetic code.[58] The flow of information is unidirectional:

information is transferred from nucleotide sequences into the amino acid sequence of proteins, but it never transfers from protein back into the sequence of DNA—a phenomenon Francis Crick called the central dogma of molecular biology.[59]
