Thanks for your reply. Actually I just want to translate it into English. And I』ve translated"speech " into 「語句」 in Chinese.

Interestingly, I tried to find a definition for "Speech" in "Parts of Speech" on the internet, and I couldn't find any.
My best guess is "Speech" here means "language", or 語言.
My other guess is "Speech" could mean "sentence", but you can't say "interjection" is a "sentence". So, I settle on "language" as the definition.
There are 8 parts of speech (some grammarians put "articles" in a separate category which results in 9 parts of speech).
