看到這個問題過來強答一發，這首歌之前就聽過，剛剛切到聽著突然虎軀一怔，可能是心境不同，我竟能感覺主唱的那種情緒，產生共鳴，從整篇歌詞不難看出悲涼的氛圍，一開始的歌詞情緒就是比較低落的，有很多過去時態的動詞，ran，rolled，circled。也有諸如how come things move on？how come cars don't slow？
這樣表達早已是往事的狀態，而後面的歌詞卻走勢往上，肯定了這樣的感情。
那歌名的翻譯肯定也離不開對於歌詞的整體把握，這種先抑後揚的處理其實也在歌名裡有所體現，ever 有曾經的意思，也有永恆的意思，我覺得這裡是兩者皆有， 佛家裡不是有個概念叫剎那即永恆嘛，有那個味道。有一一半表達曾經擁有，而另一半部分卻是天長地久。我想正是這樣的pun巧妙之處。
很遺憾這樣包含雙重含義的雙關語在漢語中。。。學識淺薄啊。
我能想到能扯到一點點也就是長明燈了，雖然稱為長明但是火苗搖曳像是隨時會熄滅一樣，也算是擦到一點邊了。長明
