都是目前新興的產業，潮流課程，整個專業讀起來也比較有意思
UCL的Linguistics 及education就比較偏向學術，是傳統的學科
你要是想就業為主就選KCL的專業，想讀博就算UCL的專業。

個人建議從kcl和ucl的教育中選擇。kcl的數字文化主要側重數字技術對當代文化的營銷。涵蓋多領域學科包括電信，資訊科技，哲學，法律，教育等，感覺就業面更寬一些而且和社會結合更緊密一些。
如果想以後從事教育或外語教學，可以考慮ucl的語言學和教育。但教育感覺相比教育學在課程設定方面更全面些。
總而言之，還是看你以後想從事什麼樣的職業，可以參考下課程設定，個人意見，僅供參考
