基本沒意義。如果去childcare centre工作你還是拿的diploma的錢，如果去kindergarten你就要註冊教師資格證，這個和本科的要求是一樣的，如果沒讀本科只讀研要雅思7788才能註冊。同樣只有註冊教師資格證才能去小學做老師。
去小學對於不是native speaker的留學生來講，我周圍的人還沒有做到的.
2樓：Hedy
如果單純為找工作而言，如果具有PR，可以在TAFE，讀個Certificate III，半年畢業，即允許你從事幼兒教育工作，但在childcare centre從事的是最低級別的工作這樣的工作是非常好找的!
如果是國際學生，需要修學位，可以在TAFE選擇childcare education diploma，在CerIII 基礎上1年半畢業，畢業後根據工作年限可以公升到group leader，即設計小朋友的活動等。工作也很好找!
如果再往上公升就是education bachelor，一般可以選擇0-5歲或是0-12歲，如果有TAFE的diploma，在修本科是可以減免一小部分學分的。如果畢業後仍打算從事幼教工作，一般只能選擇大的centre或是preschool，因為小的daycare機構很少會僱傭teacher。當然想進入小學的話，又是另一套體系了，這裡不贅述。
至於再上到下乙個層面，postgraduate，一般都是在職或是機構有需求才會去念，基本都是園長級別的。當然你也可以念，拿著master學位去去幼兒園找工作。但overqualified，職位或許很難找。
綜上所述，childcare education還是工作經驗是核心，過高的學位可能會起到相反的作用!
